I am reaching out to seek clarification on specific matters\npertaining to our ongoing project regarding the publication of the inaugural issue of the Journal\nunder the IAOP label.\nDue to the postponement of our previously scheduled meeting in November\, caused by the\npending official appointment of new regents to replace those who have completed their terms\, I\nam currently without any updates on this matter. Given the urgency of our timeline\, it is\nimperative that we evaluate the progress made within our respective entities concerning the\nresponsibilities entrusted to us as regents for the publication of scholarly works in the Review\nunder the IAOP label. The inaugural issue is scheduled to coincide with the feast of Saint Thomas\nAquinas on January 28\, 2024.\nTo expedite the advancement of our project\, I am reaching out to both Regents and Provincials or\nVicars of entities where Regents or coordinators are set to be appointed. It is crucial that we\naddress the following question within our entities: Does the regent oversee the processes of\ncollecting works from PhD holders in your entity? This inquiry applies\, as necessary\, to both\noutgoing and incoming regents\, as we consider administration to be a continuous process.\nI kindly request the Provincials and Vicars to follow up on this matter within their entities and\nprovide an update by Friday\, the 22nd of December. If the appointment of regents has not\nimpacted your entity\, the regent should respond directly to this inquiry and inform us if a meeting\ncan be scheduled before the end of December.\nLet us collaborate effectively to support IAOP in our collective efforts.
